The Hugo cocktail originated in South Tyrol, Italy, in 2005, created by bartender Roland Gruber as a refreshing alternative to the Spritz.

The mint bouquet gives a beautiful vegetal aroma to the sweet and sour mix of the prosecco and elderflower.
