This is an ode to the pop-up restaurant "Napoleon" in the South of France, where I had the pleasure of drinking this amazing dessert cocktail. 

Just as the liquid tiramisu, this cocktail is a drink based on a pastry.

Based on Amaretto, pineapple cordial and orange liqueur, this drink mimicks the flavors of the pastry "Madeleine" almost identical.
