The Hemingway Daiquiri, also known as the Papa Doble, was created in the 1930s at the El Floridita bar in Havana, Cuba, and named after the writer Ernest Hemingway.

This variation of the classic daiquiri includes rum, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and grapefruit juice, tailored to Hemingway's preference for less sugar.
